Bookings / Rates
- Regular rate $130 Cdn per day based on a two-night stay, double occupancy.
- Weekly rate $750 Cdn (7 nights). Two-week rate $1,400 Cdn (14 nights).
- Additional person (max. 2), $20 Cdn per night
- Monthly rates upon request.
- Applicable taxes will be added to the above rates.

BOOKING POLICY:
- Visa, MasterCard, Cash
- No pets (guests cannot bring pets according to the bylaw). Please note that we have a cat in our own home area.
- No Smoking
- Check-in after 4 pm, Check-out before 11 am
- Alternate check-in and check-out times may be requested upon contacting us; we will do our best to accommodate you.
- We require a valid credit card for all bookings and do require a deposit of one night's rate or a 50% deposit on the entire stay (whichever is greater) at the time of booking. Your reservation will be guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit. The remaining balance is due upon your originally-scheduled date of arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that from time to time things come up in life, so we hereby provide our cancellation policy:
- Minimum 21 Days Cancellation Notice: We will refund your deposit MINUS a $30 Cdn administration fee.
- 20 to 8 Days Cancellation Notice: No refund of deposit.
- 7 Days or less Cancellation Notice or No-Show: You will be charged in full for all booked nights.
